This is where everything begins. Non negotiable. For every one of YOU.
Whether you are on your journey of fertility, pregnant, postpartum, perimenopausal or simply ready to stop living on the surface of yourself — this is your starting point.
At your own pace, in your own time, over 4 weeks you will:
Learn the language of your body
Discover your baseline — your edges, your felt sense
Locate tension and learn how to move energy through your body
Give yourself permission to take up space, make noise and be fully expressed
Begin to understand what your body has been trying to tell you all along
