I'm Veronika — and if you've landed on this page, something in you was curious enough to want to know a little more. So let me introduce myself properly.

I guide women to reconnect with their bodies, trust themselves, and step into every stage of life

— birth, motherhood, postpartum, menopause, and beyond — with clarity, power, and pleasure.

But, I'm also just a woman who loves to dance in her kitchen, who checks the moon before she plans her week, and who believes that joy is not a luxury — it's a necessity.

The work behind the work

I have over 20 years of experience working closely with people — reading what lies beneath the surface, holding space for what isn't being said, and guiding transformation that goes deeper than words.

Since 2020 I have been running my own business — building something that creates real freedom for my family while doing work that is genuinely heart-led, meaningful, and alive.

Every single day I get to sit with women who are ready to feel more.

And every single day it still moves me.

What I have seen again and again

You are doing everything right on the outside — successful, capable, loving, achieving — who are quietly starving on the inside.

Not for more things.

Not for more achievements.

For yourself.

For a space where you can feel everything without apology.

Where your body is not something to be managed or pushed through, but something sacred to come home to.

That is what I offer.

I bring together pleasure body work, Reiki and energy healing, nervous system support, somatic practices, movement, and the wisdom of your body's own intelligence — not as separate treatments, but woven together in a way that is entirely unique to you.

You do not need to understand all of the modalities.

You do not need to arrive knowing what you need.

You just need to be ready to feel — and to trust that I will hold you as you do.

My clients do not come to me because they know exactly what they need.

They come because they trust I will get them there.

And I will.

What lights me up outside the session room

I have always been drawn to the rhythms underneath life — astrology, the moon, the elements.

These have never been a hobby for me. They have always just been part of how I see the world — and they quietly weave themselves into everything I do.

And then there is dance.

Dance has been with me since I was a little girl. It is where I find joy, where I find myself, where everything that cannot be said in words gets to move through my body instead.

Movement is medicine — I have known that my whole life.
