About Sian & Veronika

Sian Haestier (perinatal yoga facilitator) and Veronika Spohn (Ecstatic Birth practitioner) have a shared mission to help mothers learn to use their felt senses to trust in their body and make the best decisions for their pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Their aim is to help you feel positive, prepared and confident riding the waves of pregnancy, labour and new motherhood. Between them they have four children, three of whom were born at home.

I really enjoyed the workshop, and found the tips and techniques shared helpful to start reflecting and practising for labour.
